The client remains responsible for ensuring that supplied materials are accurate and do not unlawfully infringe the rights of others.

By supplying materials for use in a project, the client confirms that SEO Vibe Agency has the necessary permission to use those materials for the agreed service.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Some projects may depend on external platforms, software, advertising networks, hosting providers, search engines, social networks, plugins or other third-party services.

These services are controlled independently by their respective providers. Their availability, pricing, policies, algorithms, features and technical requirements may change without notice.

SEO Vibe Agency may suspend services where necessary because of non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, security concerns or circumstances that materially prevent the agreed work from being performed.

Any outstanding payment obligations for work already completed or properly committed may remain payable after termination, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
